Machining
We have CNC-machining units in our production. With these units we machine laminates up to 600 mm x 1250 mm large and 100 mm thick. Most commonly used laminates are available directly from our own stock.
Grinding and Other ways Processing
We manufacture slot wedges and perform grinding of machined parts and components. With automated saws we are able to cut from thicknesses up 150 mm. After grinding we reach a tolerance in thickness of +/- 0,1 mm.
Cutting
Water-cutting enables the manufacturing of complex products, as well from flexible as rigid materials. The size of the machine makes it possible to produce products with a size of even 3000 x 6000 mm.
Others
We also perform assembly work in smaller scale including for example gluing and lacquering.
