Machining
Our production utilizes CNC machining centers, enabling us to process sheets up to 600 mm x 1200 mm in size and 100 mm thick. The most common insulation materials are readily available from our stock.
Grinding and Other Processing
Our manufacturing program includes the production of wedges. We grind machined parts and components. With our automatic saw, we can cut materials up to 150 mm thick. Our grinding machine allows us to achieve a thickness tolerance of +/- 0.1 mm.
Waterjet Cutting
Waterjet cutting enables us to cut complex products from both soft and hard materials. The machine’s capacity allows for the production of items up to 3000 x 6000 mm.
Other
We also carry out small-scale assembly work, including gluing and varnishing.
